College trustees, administrators, and faculty can unite and achieve significant transformations in the global competencies of students, preparing them for tomorrow’s workforce. Bringing together decades of experience, the panelists will shed light on innovative approaches to effect educational change by sharing story-driven, result-oriented examples. They will focus on evidence-based solutions to grow global competencies and address the challenges of access, equity, and diversity in education. 

Transformational education patterns will be reviewed via interactions with the audience, providing effective and concrete takeaways. The audience will also engage in creative and constructive exercises leading to growth in Global Competencies at their colleges.
